This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website (channelcommand.com) and when we provide services to our brand partners, including through integrations with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API).
2. Information We Collect
Website visitors: • Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact form • Standard web analytics data (pages visited, time on site, browser type)
Brand partners (clients): • Amazon seller account data accessed through the Amazon Selling Partner API, including: product listing data, sales and traffic reports, inventory levels, order data, account health metrics, keyword and search term performance data, and advertising performance data • Business contact information provided during onboarding
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely to: • Provide marketplace management and optimization services to our brand partners • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities • Generate reports and recommendations for our clients • Communicate with clients about their account performance • Respond to inquiries submitted through our website We do not use Amazon seller data to train AI or machine learning models. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as described in Section 5.
4. Amazon Seller Data
When a brand partner authorizes Channel Command to access their Amazon Selling Partner account, we access only the data necessary to provide our services. This access is governed by Amazon's Selling Partner API terms and our Data Protection Policy. Specifically: • We access data only for the purposes described in this policy • We do not share seller data with unauthorized third parties • We retain seller data only for as long as necessary to provide services • Upon termination of our partnership, we delete all associated Amazon seller data within 30 days
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: • Service providers who assist in delivering our services (Google Workspace for reporting, cloud storage providers), bound by confidentiality agreements • Legal authorities when required by law
6. Data Storage and Security
Client data is stored on secured systems with access restricted to authorized Channel Command LLC personnel only. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls.
7. Data Retention
• Website contact form submissions: retained for up to 2 years • Amazon seller account data: retained for the duration of the partnership and deleted within 30 days of termination • Web analytics data: retained for up to 13 months
